We love giving back to our community when given the opportunity! Please fill out the form below to have your request considered.

If approved, you will receive an email confirmation from us within two weeks and we will mail the certificate to you. If you have not received an email within two weeks of your request date, this means that we unfortunately are unable to fulfill the request at this time.

Our non-profit certificate donation includes: 

  • One 60-Minute Ritual Facial with a Standard Esthetician

  • Total value $205

  • Certificate valid for the service listed

  • Expires 6 months from the date of event

  • Packaged in a small, kraft box with ribbon (pick-up option only)
