Esthetician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed Esthetician to join our team in a flexible and dynamic role. The position operates on a schedule consisting of a mixture of mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, ensuring work-life balance while still providing excellent care to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for skincare, a commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to adapt to varying techniques and treatment styles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and lash and brow tinting, tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment that adheres to sanitation standards.
Stay current on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to offer clients the best recommendations and treatments.
Offer consultations to clients regarding skin care routines and products.
Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing personalized, high-quality service.
Assist with product sales and recommend treatments to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-maintained and ready for use.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive spa experience.
Qualifications:
Valid esthetician North Carolina license (in accordance with state regulations).
Proven experience (at least two years) in esthetics, including facials, waxing, and skin care treatments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
